What are the causes of extensive hair loss? ?

Hi, I'm 14 and I am just wondering what could cause hairloss in someone my age. I skip some meals, but I have been eating the best I can, and I don't really eat a lot of junk food. I have gained a weight, maybe 6 pounds in the past month because I have just started high school, which is stressful and I lost 22 pounds over the summer, so I gained a little back.





I'm a little worried about why I am losing so much hair. Like I will find 15 long strands of hair at the end of the day. :/What are the causes of extensive hair loss? ?
alopecia (spelling) and stress. Stop skipping some meals and eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I lost alot of hair during high school years as well cuz homework and exams were killing me.
