Can hair grow back when the cause of hair loss is acne?

i've had acne on my head..and one part where the acne was..some hair just fell off. so now i have a small bald spot....will it grow back?Can hair grow back when the cause of hair loss is acne?

If the area heals it should grow back, but if you develop scaring it probably won't.
